Resident Service Coordinator

We are looking to fill a part-time role for a Resident Services Coordinator at our property in Penacook, NH.
This is for 20-hours/week.
BASIC FUNCTIONA.
Develop and enhance a sense of fellowship and community within the housing complex.

Work with residents and Management to identify resident needs and preferences for individual and community services.
C.
Establish links to services which enable continued independence, lifestyle, satisfaction and well-being.
D.
Develop new programs toward this goal.
RELATIONSHIPSA.
Reports to On-Site Manager.

Maintains relationships with other staff members, current and prospective tenants.
RESPONSIBILITIESThe activities listed below are not all inclusive.
However, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the resident service coordinator.
Develop a sense of fellowship and community among residents using community organization and facilitation skills.
Provide staff coordination and support for on-site social programming and health promotion by organizing and co-leading (with residents) periodically scheduled program sessions and other special events as may be desired by residents.
Assist residents in identifying and securing guest leaders from the local community who can present additional options and skills for sustaining body, mind and spirit.
Use one-on-one interviewing and focus group techniques to determine resident interests, issues and service desires.
Use community organization skills to help residents prioritize their interests and needs and develop strategies for meeting them.
Identify residents with unmet needs, providing them access to available community services when possible.
Develop new services as appropriate and establish mutual support systems within the housing community.
Refer for case management any resident experiencing problems which threaten health, safety and continues independent living.
Refer residents eligible for entitlement programs such as SSA, food stamps, tax and rent, HEAP, etc.
, to appropriate agencies including the Area Agency on Aging and Community Action Program.
Develop an inventory of local health and social services for use by residents, families and caregivers.
Establish a working relationship and liaison with these sources.
Act as a linkage between family and caregivers, when necessary.
Meet regularly with Management and work closely with Tenants Council.
Develop, with the Tenants Council, volunteer opportunities for residents, both on-site and within the local community, as appropriate.
Develop additional programs to meet social, health and recreational needs and preferences of residents.
Work closely with Management to develop individual services, housekeeping and personal care for residents who desire affordable services on a private-pay basis.
Monitor service utilization rates and ensure resident satisfaction with service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONSA.
High school education or equivalent.
B.
Previous experience is preferred.
C.
Compatible with wide range of people.
D.
Motivator - helps residents help themselves.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
